What causes depression?

                       WHY DEPRESSION?

I am not going into scientific analysis or reason. I am a layman so, I will speak in layman language. I will convey my thought in a simple quote.

"When we do "don'ts", and don't do "dos", we encounter depression."

In simple words, to lead a happy life, that is without any regret we must be very clear about our "do's" and "don'ts". We must also be aware of repercussions, if we deviate from our dos and don'ts. Because our very own irresponsible acts land us in situations where we got stuck and see no way to get out of the situation. This becomes the reason for our frustration. When we don't change our behavior and expect everything will change by itself, the situation becomes even worse, and prolonged frustration and anxiety become the reason for "Depression".

So, if we want to avoid this deadly situation then, it is of utmost importance that we do what we should do, and it even more important that we don't do what we should not do. Even if we deviate be mentally prepared for the repercussions and accept the outcome. Because, misery doesn't come all of a sudden in life, and most of them are created by us. 

On the other hand, we can save ourselves from depression. If we got ourselves in this situation then we have all the means to overcome it, to beat it. But, we must accept and take responsibility. We should also know that if we have created this mess then we also have the capability to overcome this mental condition. Life is beautiful. It should not be wasted in any condition. Love your life and every life around you.
